South Coastal Bank Junior Board of Directors: giving a start to the next generation of business leaders.

Working with faculty and administrators from local high schools, we select promising high school students who want to focus on business in the future. Two students, a senior and a junior, are chosen from each school on the basis of their academic achievement, personality, and community involvement. Participating students attend monthly meetings, participate in an annual project, and offer their own feedback on our programs designed for the student market. They gain personal experience with the inner workings of the world of business, and contribute to their community in the process.
